Applications are now being accepted for the 2017 AFCA 30 Under 30 Coaches’ Leadership Institute presented by the American Football Coaches Foundation and NCAA Leadership Development. The purpose of this distinguished program is to identify and train the next generation of leaders within the football coaching profession.
The AFCA 30 Under 30 Coaches’ Leadership Institute will take place on Sunday, January 8, at the 2017 AFCA Convention in Nashville.

Eligibility: Applicants must be born on or after January 1, 1987, and meet one of the following qualifications:
- High School – Must be a head coach.
- Two-Year College – Must be a full-time assistant or head coach.
- NAIA/NCAA (all divisions) – Must be a full-time assistant or head coach.
Each participant will receive a $1,000 stipend (post-convention) to assist with expenses incurred while attending the AFCA Convention. The 2016 event featured 30 of the best young minds in the coaching profession, representing all levels of college football and the high school ranks.
